In the world of tennis, 40-0 (forty-love) is a game point and the best position to be in just before you win the game by winning the next point. This is a confident, inspiring, and exciting moment. 

However, 40 is the age that lots of people especially women may not love due to various biochemical, hormonal, and metabolic changes in their bodies. This can affect their confidence and authentic self. 

If you are or over 40, you may feel scared, frustrated, and a lack of control over your body. Everything, from losing weight to maintaining healthy skin to managing stress, becomes more challenging after hitting 40.

Does it mean we should give up on ourselves and our bodies? The answer is NO. Although aging is an inevitable process, you can still age gracefully and feel amazing through proper nutrition and an active lifestyle.
